Unsolicited Architecture

unsolicited architecture exhibition

Unsolicited Architecture (2011)

The exhibition Unsolicited Architecture wasconceived as an active laboratory for new ideas for society, by both architects and the visiting public. Unsolicited architecture assumes a proactive stance in the development of projects which was translated in a very pro-active exhibition / laboratory. In addition, the exhibition was a growing one. Part of the exhibition was also the parallel workshops that were held every weekend when the exhibition was on show. In these workshops architects worked on several different subjects. The curatorship was shared by Maria Augusta Bueno, Ligia Nobre, Ole Bouman and myself.
